Simon Says Stamp June Card Kit

Simon Says June Card Kit

Favourite Flowers Stamp Set

Love this Tim Holtz Texture Fade, Notebook from the Collage & Notebook Set I lightly swiped over it with Tea Dye distress ink. I used the Freckled Fawn Washi Tape, the Butterfly, various stamps, the spotted Vellum, some striped paper and cut some hearts from another sheet of paper, all from the give a bit of oomph, I used some Wink of Stella on the hearts, then put glossy accents over the top,

Another of Tims Texture Fades the Frame from the Distressed Frame & Postale Set I stamped the smallest flower bases in various Hero Arts inks, Soft Vanilla, Butter Bar & Fresh Peach then used White embossing powder for the outlines. I drew the stems with a black Sharpie, Cut a bow from vellum with the Tim Holtz Bow Tied Decorative Strip Die the greeting was with the Kelly Purkey letter Stickers and the gems also came with the kit.

The last card used the same technique as above using Fresh Peach, Bubblgum & Pale Tomato Hero Arts Inks. the leaves were with Mint Julep.

All Boy Stamp Set

Love the leathery look of the "Hey Dude" Die Cut, I also went around the edge of it with my Tim Holtz craft pick to make it look a bit more authentic. I joined the two patterned papers with a strip of blue card stock, then hand sewed a zig zag pattern, (It wasn't supposed to look really neat) I cut out the Monster from the patterned paper in the Kit.

I really like this for an older boy. I coloured my Wendy Vecchi White Embossing Paste with Peacock Feathers Distress Ink then used the Stencil that comes in the kit. Love the runners (shoes) and the game controller too

Simon Says Stamp April Card Kit

April 2014 Card Kit

Watts Up Stamp set.

Using the globe and various Papers from the Kit and lots of Wink of Stella. this picture doesn't show it, but I also sewed around the two herringbone papers with white thread, and left the ends dangling.

I really like this one, I love the frame and the tattered edge paper. I also threaded the banner through the heart.
I love how this looks against the black cardstock. Just adore Wendy Vecchi Archival inks and Dandelion has to be my favourite....... I think???
